2. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF USE: Olive Earth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Use at any time. In a community website, you interact with unknown people and Olive Earth will not be responsible for any inconvenience, damage, accident, physical/financial harm arising out of your interaction with the community members or by availabing the social services made availabel through our social apps.

4. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS: As a condition to using Services, you are required to register with Olive Earth and select a password and display name. You shall provide Olive Earth with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Olive Earth account. You may not (i) select or use as a Olive Earth User ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a Olive Earth User ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as a Olive Earth User ID a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. Olive Earth reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a Olive Earth User ID in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Olive Earth password. Services are available only to individuals who are at least 10 years old.

We have a very strict anti-spam policy. You should in no-way use the Olive Earth services to spam users. You should not share malicious information or information with the intent to spread wrong information.

5. USER CONDUCT: You agree to conduct your self in the site in a manner that is socially, ethically and financially responsible and accedptable. As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Olive Earth.You will be responsible for your content. While in most of the cases the content is moderated, we do not take responsibility for usage of abusive language/racial abuse or any other form ob abuse of the services. and all the necesssary action will be taken including banning, deleting of profiles etc. Olive Earth will not be liable for any opinions, suggestions or recommendations posted on the website. The respective authors are responsible for their comment. We track the IP addresses for individuals using our services in the unregistered mode.

Olive Earth may remove any Content and Olive Earth accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. You further acknowledge and agree that Olive Earth shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Olive Earth account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature  should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of  liability.

12 SERVICES: Olive Earth is using free softeware, paid software and software developed by us available to make these services available to you. Most of these software are under GPL and some of them are not. You agree to accept the terms of the services from these software providers to ensure the software is not abused. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES OF THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND YOU WILL NOT HOLD OLIVE EARTH RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES

13. Olive Earth has made use of images/logos/icons which are allowed for commercial use only with all the necessary rights. While significant effort has been made to ensure there is no license violation on these content, given the nature of web, if there is any discrepancy, we request you to contact us through the contact us link and emails. We will immediately remove these images/content. We will not be liable for content piracy if the content is removed within 45 days of us accessing and reading your email communication to us regarding the same.

14. The promotional schemes and reviews are subject to conditions. The highest point earner has to cross a minimum thresh-hold of 200 monthly point to be eligible for his gifts.
